Interior Design Services

Our Interior Design Services including programming and space planning, establish functional and aesthetic goals, assist in material, finish and furnishings analysis, recommendations and specifications, provide sketches and/or presentation boards of all interior selections and furnishings, coordinate fine art, Plant selections and placement, and decorative accessories.

• Construction Documents including Demolition plans, Electrical Plans, Reflected Ceiling plans/Lighting plans, Wall and Floor Finish plans and schedules. Interior details and design as required, including cabinets, custom furniture, millwork, etc.
• Project Administration including coordinate and review drawings with contractors, maintain project schedules, review all bids and pricing, assist in developing the project timeline, develop budgets on all interior finishes and furnishings,
• Project Management  and Supervision of all construction sub contractors, we provide on-site inspections during construction and provide punch lists of all work to be completed to insure that your project is completed on time and supervised with the highest standards from beginning to end.

Property Acquisitions

With Tracy’s keen eye for detail and her years of experience buying, remodeling and selling “fixer” homes, Tracy has the ability to ‘spot’ and conceptualize properties with extra potential implemented with her vision and talents. Allied and partnered with several of the leading Realtors in Malibu and the Westside, Tracy can assist you in finding your next dream home and save you money at the same time. When acquiring the perfect home for her client’s, Tracy rolls back a portion of her finder’s fee paid by the realtor back into the Interior Design budget for the client’s new home.

Property Management and Staffing

Tracy has managed, staffed and run numerous homes throughout the years from large estates, ranches to pied a tiers in the city enabling her to hone in on this experience to serve her clients needs. We have executed moves for clients and staffed their homes preparing them to be ‘turn key’ for the new homeowner. Do you need your home checked on, the trash brought in or out, the mail collected etc. or perhaps you are in need of someone to organize, bid and supervise home or business repairs, supervise workers, hire and train domestic staff?  Whether you are moving into a new home, have a second vacation home or are just going out of town, we can serve all your needs. Personal Shopping and Concierge Services

Our special Concierge services can assist you with just about anything you need to get done. Services are usually billed by the hour and start at $50 per hour, depending on what services you need. We can also customize a package for you for monthly packages or for large or on going projects, and we offer a la carte services for smaller tasks.

Outdoor Spaces and Garden Design

With her love for gardens, Tracy has mastered the craft of creating an outdoor space that feels like an indoor space. “Anything that is fabulous inside, will be even more fabulous outside” With virtually year round sunshine that we Californians enjoy, give us a call to make your outdoor space ready for you and your family and friends to enjoy as much as your indoor rooms, year round.

Party Planning and Decorating

Holidays, long weekends, barbeques, family get together’s, intimate dinner parties to lavish weddings, there is a lot of entertaining to do, so don’t forget…we specialize in presenting your home at it’s best and planning the most UNFORGETTABLE and successful parties that your guests will remember and talk about for a while to come! Tracy is a passionate and talented floral artist as well!

Christmas in July? Well, while we have mastered Christmas and Hanukkah decorating (don’t forget to call us in September for this), we can decorate your home year round for the holidays. From Summer to Winter, any holiday you like.
